	What is a ROM? A Rom is a Video Game that you can play on your computer. What's so special about them? They are video games from systems like Playstation, Dreamcast, Snes, and other systems like that. How can I play a ROM? First You need a program called an 'Emulator'. Each different system, uses a different enulator. And no two systems can use the same emulator. The Emulator for the games plaied here is SNEX-9. It can be downloaded Here. Isn't there any laws against these ROMs? There is one Main Law which is that if you Download a ROM you have to delet it after 24 hours. Very Few Listen to this law.
